When you contact us through the form or book a call, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company and your message.

When you browse, we collect privacy-friendly usage analytics (page views, referrer, device class, country) that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement.

To understand which pages are useful and keep the site fast and secure.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and analytics and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website. Where consent is required, we ask for it.

Service providers who process data on our instructions only: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers form submissions to our inbox. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless an engagement follows, in which case they become part of the client record. Server logs are retained for a short, rolling period by the hosting provider.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. We review our providers' security posture as part of the same discipline we apply for clients.

This site does not set tracking cookies. Analytics are cookieless. If that changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.
